JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for junior professionals to work with B2B clients, train and support them on any questions regarding the product portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deep understanding all the details of the product as well as various strategies of operations for the efficiency of the client's work.
- Conduct web-based demos and compose materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition
- Participate in training sessions / online presentations for clients in English.
- Customer support in messengers. Primary analysis of reported issues and navigation to respective departments.
- Educating clients on the new features and penetration technologies into their workflow
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical high education. Ability to study and understand technical text (e.g. API documentation).
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
Huge pluses - Experience in support
- Development experience
- Experience in interaction with International Enterprise businesses
- Experience in Voip telephony.
