We're seeking a proven leader in Sales and client management to become part of our team to work with our customer base of global partners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of partners and will focus on the on boarding, reporting, and customer experience for their designated clients. This is a direct client-facing role and can be or located in our Laurel Springs office.
Your Mission:
- Provide customer support to both B2B and B2C clients, helping them navigate their Laurel Springs experience. You will partner with teams. while ensuring ongoing account satisfaction throughout their time at Laurel Springs School.
Responsibilities:

Work with the Business Development team.

Build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders.

Work with account, Tech Support to ensure exceptional customer service and adoption of services.

Represent partners internally, providing feedback on changing needs, and client satisfaction.

Ensure processes are aligned with Laurel Springs School’s education team.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in account or sale management
- Skilled at communicating, including written communication & ability to present to a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with teams to deliver partner/client solutions.
- Experience managing negotiations, including contract negotiations
- Solutions-oriented
- Continually learning by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Experience working in education a plus
