We are looking for Website & CRM manager in Pet Nutrition business segment.
Website & CRM manager will be a key part of the journey to next generation brand building with the aim with the aim to transform the way we connect with the pet parents and build relationships with them at the heart of everything we do. This role will be a key part of Mars Pet Nutrition’s Digital Data marketing transformation and will be responsible for managing brand-owned digital experiences in Russia, for all BDB brands. This role will manage the execution of brand Digital Ecosystem strategies, across websites, CRM, organic search/SEO and content. This role must roll out scalable solutions, optimizations, best practices and frequent learnings to advance Mars Pet Nutrition’s owned digital efforts.
You will do:
- Manage Brand stakeholders, agencies and partners to bring to life brand-level owned channel digital initiatives, including annual digital ecosystem strategies, campaigns/activations, pilots and scaling of proven tactics.
- Management of brand-level project workstreams for all owned channels. This includes: websites, CRM, own apps, email marketing, SEO, content and personalization, user experience and conversion rate optimization tactics
- Manage hostings/security checks and privacy
- Develop CRM Strategy and ensure deployment
- Successfully implement content strategy as a part of ICP annual process, ensure on-going communication approach
- Own Storage and Asset management process (utilizing selected technology platforms)
- Own the consumer experience of every owned channel touchpoint for our brands, ensuring quality and functionality through routine audits, maintenance and content calendars
- Pilot A/B testings to enhance user experience
- Develop and leverage strong relationships to drive results, with agencies, digital managers, brand teams, Consumer Affairs, C&CM and Digital Technologies
- Monitor KPI benchmarks and provide routine performance and scorecard updates to help brand teams and key stakeholders understand owned channel performance and progress – with the help of analytic
We are expecting:
- Higher education (Marketing/Management)
- 3-5 years of owned digital channel experience, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Experience with Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika
- English - Intermediate+
- Proven functional/technical skills as evidenced by business results in the areas of: website UX, SEO, CRM, content marketing and email marketing
