The Role: We are looking for sophisticated, proactive and unstoppable sales manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Your main task will be to identify and secure new leads among crypto exchanges, miners, EMIs, FX brokers and other financial institutions (exclusively B2B);
- Present our products and services to potential clients through cold calling, warm calling, email, social media activities, and in person
- You will build a sales pipeline and forge new client relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business challenges and how Digital Assets products could address their needs
- Demonstrate and apply expert level of consultative selling skills and ability to navigate a sales process through its entire life cycle
- To successfully close deals, you will work in close cooperation with other team members
- Record detailed activities in CRM and fuel it with new leads
What we are looking for?
- 3+ years of relevant experience in crypto, fin-tech or traditional financial markets
- A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one's sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English (Russian and/or Mandarin will be an asset)
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Great Passion for Crypto and Digital Finance with good understanding of cryptocurrency assets
- Comfortable working in an evolving, high growth fin-tech environment
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, proactive and work in team
- Successfully hit sales targets
