THE ROLE:
We're looking for a creatively ambitious, performance-driven candidate to lead the execution of the strategic Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships initiatives who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand's influencer marketing campaigns and driving strategic partnership opportunities, coordinating with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for influencer campaigns and brand partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have an extensive background in the planning, executing, management of influencer marketing and partnership programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
manage Influencer Marketing strategies, the planning, and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. You should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms, build a strong and creative community and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity.

collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Analytics, and external vendor agencies and partners to define and establish influencer standard methodologies and refine the process.

work alongside the Data Science & Audience Insights team and use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our target audiences and trends.

set clear objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads, or sales as a starting point.

analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.

work with the Brand and Performance teams to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.

lead influencer recruitment strategy, in alignment with key FARFETCH categories and brand objectives.

prospect for new influencer platforms, social channels, and capabilities.

attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.

research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users. Stay up to date on industry trends regarding new partners, tactics, tools.

manage budget documents and financial platforms.

work with the team to develop a brand partnership pipeline; drive brand affinity, brand awareness, and revenue through brand marketing partnerships and collaborations; develop decks, presentations, and pitch materials for both internal and partner-facing needs.

provide direct support to assigned partnerships across the team as needed. negotiate terms to increase brand visibility, facilitate partnership activations and reach partnership goals.
WHO YOU ARE:
-
2-4 years of relevant experience and a record of successful cross-channel influencer marketing campaigns. Experience with luxury brands is a plus.

strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships (i.e. agencies and brand/media partners).

excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both partners and internal teams.

strong presentation and speaking skills, ability to build and maintain relationships easily, ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships, organized (you’ll work on multiple projects at once), with high attention to detail, a proactive, can-do attitude.

fluent English

familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.

ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.

experience or strong interest in project managing events i.e., logistics planning, putting together a project plan, driving meetings.

cross-agency experience is able to wrangle timelines, teams, and projects of both creative and media agencies.

experience with scoping creative production.
