Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Senior Product Manager, Content and Moderation
We are looking for Product Manager to be responsible for Content and Moderations stream. You will work closely with engineering, analytics and UX/UI design teams, as well as business owners. Main scope - Content Quality, Content Rules Management.
What you will do:
- Investigate and prioritise the problems of Content and Moderation streams
- Determine content quality criteria and formulate content requirements
- Estimate the effect of content rules on buyers conversation rate
- Development special instruments for content evaluation (including ML based)
- Prepare product requirements for software engineering teams
- Coordinate product launches and control crucial metrics
- Perform retrospective meetings and support further product development
Candidare profile:
- At least 2 year of Product Management experience (preferably in E-Com or Classifieds)
- Strong analytics skills (ideally to have good SQL knowledge and Power BI / Tableau skills)
- Good project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of digital and e-comm business metrics
- Experience in working in agile teams (Business – Product – Engineering)
- Ability to confront business / tech pressure and find win-win solutions
