Job description:
In this role you are going to support internal CRM system development processes in one of the leaders of tobacco market in the world. You will get a chance not only to work with a dedicated development team, but also to impact business processes in cross-functional projects – and really make a difference within company’s business and consumers experience
Key areas of responsibility lie within leading the evolution of CRM solution:
· Working from the business needs to define product requirements by creating high-level business specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms: ecom / landing pages / careline etc.
· Organize and optimize product backlog based on roadmap and current business needs, conduct features and US prioritization based on business cases and thorough analyses.
· Work with business and product development teams within SCRUM framework to create simple, fast and relevant solutions.
· Administer customizable features and processes in a low-code platform.
· Analyze, report on, and optimize against features’ performance metrics. Ensure right controls are in right places.
· Work on constant data improvement processes, so that consumers data is up-to-date and relevant.
· Conduct Custdev for on-going system improvement, represent business needs into a cohesive user and consumer experience
· Facilitate suppliers’ management processes within own projects.
· Plan and recommend new technologies in collaboration with other IT teams, aligning business needs with the overall organization and market trends.
Key requirements:
· Experience in product owner / project manager roles, CRM system developments. Being able to customize low-code CRM system is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and communications. Able to speak common language with both business and development teams
· Skills in conducting business analysis / process design, formulate clear and well-thought through US for development team to work on.
· Strong time-management skills and attention to detail; capable of tracking, managing and resolving issues efficiently and independently
· Proactive approach within own projects, being able to organize cross-functional teams and deliver features and business projects OTIF.
· Very agile and adaptable.
· Understanding of information technology foundations (e.g. application architecture/infrastructure, authentication/authorization).
· Relevant software user: MS Office, Visio, SQL, Ya.Metrica, Google Analytics, CRM platforms: MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Terrasoft.
· Master's degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years' progressive experience in IT projects
· English language – upper intermediate
