The Mission:
In close collaboration with the Head of Delivery Team and the stakeholders across Europe, the IT Project Manager will be responsible to lead and deliver for various projects in Russia and Eastern Europe, managing internal and external resources.
The Role:
- Full cycle of IT project management, from initiation to handover of a solution for support
- Collection, registration and systematization of business requirements for automation
- Development of a high-level architecture of IT solutions
- Preparation and implementation of detailed plans for the development of IT solutions
- Registration, approval and control of the implementation of improvements to IT solutions formed as part of the implementation of IT projects or as part of individual business requests
- Preparation and implementation of detailed plans for testing IT solutions
The Candidate:
- Higher education in IT
- 5+ years’ experience in foreign company
- At least 2+ years in full cycle Project Management with team of 10ppl +
- Understanding of the main processes of the FMCG company and their implementation in IT systems
- Experience with BA, BI, Planning solutions would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and business mind
- Understanding of business processes in FMCG and their IT infrastructure
- English
