Deloitte is seeking a Talent Manager to join the Talent Department (Human Resources) within the Internal Client Services Department (back office) at the Moscow office.

The Talent Manager will be responsible for the leadership development agenda, including leadership development strategy definition and portfolio design - programmes development, assessment practices, coaching capabilities, succession planning.
The Talent Manager will need to thoroughly understand the strategy of the firm in order to create innovative, practical and cost-efficient ways to develop leaders. The Talent Manager will work closely with Talent team and key business stakeholders.
As a result Deloitte CIS will have a pipeline of global leaders who are ready to lead in increasingly complex environments; drive employee engagement and exceptionally lead clients.
The role will involve:
- Create and execute the comprehensive strategy for leadership development that is aligned with business needs and global standards
- Streamline key talent processes (on-boarding, performance development, and career pathways) that reflect the leadership strategy
- Identify talent gaps and design action plans to proactively address them
- Design and deliver simple, cost effective performance enhancement tools and processes to sustain a high-performance culture
- Design and implement competency models and succession planning methodologies that aid in the selection and development of future leaders
- Create and deliver leadership development programs for all levels of leadership
- Build the internal coaching practice (“leader as a coach”)
- Consult firm leaders and their leadership teams on organizational change, design and challenges
- Partner with Talent business partners to ensure successful deployment of leadership development throughout the business
- Develop capabilities around change and organizational design to provide support to critical change and transformation initiatives across the company
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in:
- Leadership Development – pragmatic knowledge of leadership frameworks and a variety of proven practices, tools and techniques that help leaders develop in their jobs
- Change Management - ability to create a mindset shift and adoption across a variety of stakeholders, using proven change management practices
- Strategic Decision Making - obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving goals and committing to a course of action to accomplish set goals
- Coaching – knowledge of coaching tools and techniques
- Influencing and Persuasion - use appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea from stakeholders and build strategic partnerships
- Managing Competing Priorities - effectively managing one's time and resources to ensure multiple priorities are balanced and managed successfully
- Managing Complexity - effectively identifying, breaking down, and managing difficult situations and work tasks
- University degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Result-oriented approach
