Iponweb is an international company working in the digital advertising industry. We build highly responsive applications that handle large amounts of RTB traffic.
We're looking for a colleague who helps us providing optimum technical support on Bidswitch product to clients during working hours and communicating with internal teams to answer clients requests that go beyond general questions.
Key Responsibilities:
-
provide consultations concerning clients tech and trading activity;
-
monitor major health metrics of managed clients, assist in troubleshooting;
-
monitor budget, ad violation and discrepancy alerts to make sure that the client is aware about the issue;
-
participate in external calls with the clients on request;
-
escalate client issues/desired features/feedback to Product Team;
-
communicate with internal teams (development, UI, marketing, financial department etc.) to provide optimal service to the client.
Required Qualifications:
-
good communication skills;
-
good English (your English must be enough for free on-line communication);
-
ability to learn a lot and readiness for learning hard;
-
attention to details, ability to check yourself and predict possible mistakes and consequences;
-
proficiency to escalate problems in the right time;
-
time management skills;
-
stress resistance;
-
knowledge of SQL is a plus;
-
good knowledge and deep experience in appropriate technologies, databases, libs, frameworks;
-
knowledge of programming languages is a plus;
-
knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
