Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
- Build successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels;
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong ROI and efficient CAC;
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels;
- Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics;
- Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving performance, execute A/B tests, and iterate on marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with the team and external partners for marketing-related needs (graphics, keywords, video creation, etc.);
- Collaborate with the SEO manager to run SEO technical audits, optimizations, content coordination, link building, and performance monitoring
Requirements: - At least 2 years in a similar role as well as strong experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other digital channels;
- Worked with Google Analytics;
- Experience driving digital campaigns in international markets;
- A strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance, and optimization;
- Worked with digital agencies as a client (preferred);
- Worked with B2B products (preferred);
- English proficiency at least at C1;
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
