Now Ecolab office in Russia is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead with English who will partner with managers and teams to attract, retain and develop high quality talent contributing to the ongoing success of the company.
What You Will Do:
Talent acquisition support to Russia & CIS market (350+):
- attract and select people with the right skills, expertise and qualifications
- cooperate with the management of the department/teams leaders on the profile of the future employees
- partner with the managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process
Learning & Development:
- ensure delivery of training according to the current required European and local training agenda.
- work with the training providers including adapting or advancing programs, develop and coordinate internal workshops/seminars/presentations
- ensure and manage correct translation of HR learning resources in Russian
- manage HR Share Point
Performance Management:
- lead activities and set of processes that aim to maintain and improve employee performance in line with the Organization’s objectives.
- develop and maintain performance, talent and assessment management program and the related procedures.
- provide support in the definition and implementation of career planning and job rotation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or other related areas
- Previous experience as T&A/Talent & Development Lead within international organization
- Excellent English
- Excellent communication, presentation and digital skills to conduct and facilitate online training activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experiences:
- Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledgeable in Russian employment law and hiring practices
- Workday super-user experience
- Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
- Coaching Certificate is highly welcomed
