KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for the index of customer satisfaction rating in e-shop (pre/during/after sale support);
- Consult / support call center customer question and complaint;
- Keep communication with contact-center (providing instruction / guidelines and etc);
- Keeping cross-functional communication with departments, that to fix E-shop abnormal orders;
- Analyze of feedback information from end user and out put the regular report or suggestion;
- Other work assigned from supervisor to improve consumer satisfaction.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Strong command of the English and Chinese languages (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Relevant experience from 1 year;
- Attentiveness and accuracy.
