Responsibility:
- Document receiving from employee according handover list or handover application;
- Maintain archive records, maintain document information in archive electronic system;
- Volume documents;
- Support document delivery to central archive storage;
- Monitor document delivery timeliness and completeness, push employee to solve delivery problems;
- Manage document borrowing process, support employee information requests;
- Maintain archive storage.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year in records management or archive management;

Knowledge of archive law & records management principles, document archiving and storage organization, archive information systems, EDMS and MS Office user, business correspondence;

Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Not less than Intermediate English level. Chinese as a plus.
