We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.
An excellent Head of Sales has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with exceptional organizational abilities.
The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Is fully responsible for sales & marketing strategy development and implementation to reach the financial targets,
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Have the key responsibility for attracting new customers and ensuring a highly professional relationship to the various decisions makers within the customer’s organisation;
- To drive and manage the customer value proposition to secure growth and a profitable sales development;
- Drive and develop sales processes including lead generation, deploy best practices within Sales & Marketing;
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with external partners (vendors);
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports;
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
Position Requirements:

Strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, including prior experience as a Head of Sales or Chief Commercial Officer;

Key experience in the IT industry: consulting, outsourcing or out-staffing companies (EU or UK markets);

Successfully built, scaled, and led high performing sales teams;

Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships;

You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
