We are looking for Quality Assurance specialist for our Customer Support team
Tasks:
Perform weekly quality control of the support team (chat and AI) according to the tone of voice and SLAs provided. That specialist will need to proofread chats and review plans for errors or other points for growth and improvement. In addition to these two projects, our brand awareness project will also be handed over for processing, where the task will be to proofread and check completed agent assignments. The assignments are posts or comments on various social networks.
In addition to conducting proofreading of agents' work in the three areas described above and documenting issues found during the audit, there will also be the task of monitoring key digital metrics for CS teams.
Candidate Requirements:

At least 2 years of customer support experience;

Quality Assurance experience in the support team is a big plus;

A keen sense of tact and a clear understanding of exactly how great service should be delivered;

Willingness to work with text and visual information daily based;
-
Willingness to improve the work of everyone around you;
-
English at least B2-C1.
