The product portfolio includes 4 juice brands - the Russian № 1 juice brand Dobry, Moya Semya, Pulpy and the premium brand Rich. Since 2005 Multon has joined the Coca-Cola System and represents juice business of Coca-Cola Corporation in Russia.
We are looking for experienced and high potential Digital and Social Media Manager.
Role summary:
- Step change our brand building game in digital/social space creating a fully connected omni channel digital experiences that build love and consumption for our brands
- Fully understand consumer journeys and leverage digital opportunities with customers, online/offline retail, experiential activities, regional geo targeted approach both in brand building and supporting commercial performance
- Special focus on continuity strategies or innovations to drive digital demand generation through mobile, search, programmatic and content
- Lead, develop and implement digital marketing strategy and programs for all brands working closely with connections, creative and brand teams
- Planning & execution of all digital activities (websites, social media, IMC campaigns, search, consumer data bases, CRM, email marketing, apps)
- Optimize and secure seamless consumer experience across all technology platforms (computer, mobile, ios, android etc)
- Drive innovation, development of disruptive and differentiating ideas and execute best in class content campaigns
- Lead innovative social plans connected with other channels to enhance effectiveness of brand activities
- Develop & source content and manage it across digital channels while optimizing for each platform specific requirements, as well as for SEO
- Grow brands social destinations (own assets) through organic activity, collaborations, managing networks of influencers, champion brand presence in relevant territories
- Define, develop and execute performance measurement system (KBI dashboards) to maximize effectiveness, ROI and productivity
- Data management and analysis, advanced analytics, continuous monitoring and performance optimization. Generate progressive ideas and recommendations driven by ongoing analysis
- Digital agencies management
- Work closely with brand, creative, connections, experiential, customer and trade marketing teams to ensure full alignment of digital to the overall brand agenda and to leverage market opportunities
Experience and profiles
- Basic:
- University Degree in Marketing Communications, Digital marketing specializations
- Excellent command of English oral and written
- Cultural openness and global mindset (ability to operate across markets)
- Passion for understanding consumer mindset and keeping up with the trends
- Comfortable in corporate environment
- Willing to travel for business
- Experience:
- 5-7 years in Digital marketing
- Currently working for a company who has created amazing digital and social media presence for their brands, ideally from the FMCG background, optional Health& Wellness, Mobile or Technology companies
- Optional Digital agency experience in creating exceptional digital and social media presence for their clients
- Experience in customer marketing/sales teams or business development/marketing teams of the companies such as Google, Facebook , Yandex
- Highly experienced and creative in identifying target audiences, generating insights and developing campaigns that will engage, inform and motivate
- Track record in leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Track record and experience devising a strategy and executing various solutions for cost effective content production & sourcing
