Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership – on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.

Job Description
On this journey we?re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Channel Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall tactics and execution of local channel activation in collaboration with our media agencies (local and global)
- Set the long-term strategy and roadmap for paid social channels and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive channel performance
- Ensure channel performance and optimization from a sales and customer perspective
- Forecasts, follow-up and analysis of performance and KPIs in the channel
- Secure cross-functional collaborations with other functions and HO as well as close collaboration with other media roles in the region and sales market
- Develop channel best practices, playbooks, guidelines and educate local (and sometimes regional) teams
- Responsible for driving customer growth, retention and sales for specific local paid social channels
- Secure that digital investments in paid social channels are optimized towards profitable sales and acquisition goals
- Own the process and steering of local activities’ content connected to regional and/or local channels
- Responsible for driving local specific digital channels; including budget, revenue and traffic forecasts for the specific sales market
- Provide data driven input on performance media spend and customer/revenue as part of the total media budget
- Drive and follow up on digital channel media budget investments and results for the sales market
- Identify customer growth potential connected to media investments together with local customer activation teams
- Know the customers in your Region and infuse insight into communications planning – seize opportunities to new customer acquisition and retention

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- A university degree preferably within Marketing, Communication or Business
- Strategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups, preferably from relevant local marketsKnowledge and skillset linked to local specific channel ownership
- Good understanding of local social media landscape and how media agencies operate
- Strong experience from an international environment where your business orientation, analytical ability and structure help you succeed
- High level of English
