Active Cosmetics Brands of L’Or?al Group (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals)
We’re looking for the manager who’s ready to sustain Active Cosmetics Brands of L’Or?al Group leadership on the market, pioneering new trends and implementing even more new practices in advocacy.
Advocacy department includes: influencer marketing, content creation, social media management (owned, earned, paid), paid social media, traditional PR, reputation management, internal communications.
Key role - developing and implementing a 360-communication strategy in advocacy channels for always-on performance and enlarging marketing campaigns.
Key projects and responsibilities:
1. Influencer management
- Barter collaborations: daily communications with influencers, building strong long-term relationship, expanding contact base of influencers fitted to group’ norms, enriching data base with personal, skin data about influencers for tailor made offers, follow-ups
- Activities included: creative sendouts, event, creative events, blog tours, co-creation for owned social channels, IGTVs, etc
2. SM & Content Management
- Management of social media channels for the brands of Active Cosmetics Division in line with SMM strategy of the Division daily
- Work with an agency to create impactful and engaging content for social media (texts, photos, videos, other innovative formats) and brand websites
- Development of content calendar for social media channels, brand websites
- Community management (coordination of moderators’ and agencies’ work)
- Preparation of prompt responses to the questions from online audience in social media and from influencers
- Close cooperation with e-com managers, digital managers, marketing team to ensure campaigns’ consistency
- Contribution to the development of the long-term social media strategy
- Analysis of community activity, management of community tools (social listening /e-reputation), monitoring of competitors’ activities
- Social media market landscape study
3. Internal communications
- Developing content for internal news platform, Includes articles editorials,
- Engagement generation ideas
- Technical agency management
- Analytics, content plan creation and management
4. Digital (Online) PR
- Work with online beauty, lifestyle, women websites according to the TML on daily basis to meet KPIs
- Work with medical experts and KOLS to provide comments for editors in line with a commentary program
- Creation of different activities in digital PR to get publications in line with marketing plan
- Development of press releases, key messages, POS materials
Additional responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge of products and feel of brands are expected in 1 month
- Close collaboration with communication leads for each brand to conduct planned animations with influencers
- Daily monitoring of influencers’ market
Requirements:
- Knowledge of influencers’ market in Russia
- Knowledge of metrics, influencers’ market KPIs, analytical skills
- Strong sensitivity to social media landscape and understanding of key principles of building a community
- Ability to adapt strategy and work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Russian and English)
- Successful experience of communication with influencers and bloggers
- Strong organizational skills- ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
- High speed of work combined with out of the box thinking
- English Upper-Intermediate
- User of PC, Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
