A large international worldwide logistic leader offers a great career opportunity in Human Resources Department for experienced training and development experts
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer Learning & Development plans and initiatives by identifying opportunities, designing training material, defining training goals, delivering training, etc. that develop the capabilities, performance and potential of our people in line with employee needs, Learning & Development plans, processes, budgets and guidelines.
- Develop and administer Talent Management processes and initiatives to attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, Talent Management strategy, industry best practices and current legislation.
- Support to develop and administer Engagement and Diversity activities to increase employee engagement and productivity in line with Engagement and Diversity plans, practices and cost budgets.
Main tasks in Learning&Development:
- Define and implement L&D plans and initiatives for the business / departments
- Conduct research and complete learning needs analysis
- Identify development opportunities, apply L&D interventions and solutions and advise Business Managers and employees
- Deploy appropriate L&D tool / solution, define training goals and provide technical guidance and training to meet development needs of Business Managers and employees
- Contribute to course and material design for L&D programs and tools
- Oversee scheduling and deliver learning programs/solutions with a defined scope
- Recognize issues and scope for enhancements of quality of training programs, optimization of cost of L&D products and better achievement of desired outcomes
- Maintain required data, files and reports for L&D initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Support implementation of a broad range of Talent Management (TM) processes and tools requiring sometimes complex and non-routine work including background research e.g. analyzing succession pipelines
- Prepare regular TM dashboards, TM data management and analysis and reporting to enable effective tracking of Talent initiatives
- Support preparation and facilitation of Executive/Employee Development Reviews and dialogues with Business Managers
- Support execution of succession planning tools and processes by identifying critical roles, destination roles, analyzing succession pipelines, etc.
- Support employees in identifying career paths, roles and appropriate development plans to enable them to attain their career goals and aspirations
- Coordinate HR marketing/employer branding activities.
Engagement & Diversity:
- Execute defined Engagement and Diversity plans and initiatives
- Draft plans to roll out the annual Employee Opinion Survey and implement related projects and initiatives as per defined plans
- Prioritize and coordinate activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
- Support activities for diversity & inclusion initiatives as per plans
- Research and identify issues related to employee engagement and motivation, recommend solutions and mechanisms to address the same
- Consolidate and maintain required data, files and reports for Engagement and Diversity initiatives.
Expected knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years overall working experience within multinational global companies with minimum 3 years of experience relevant to the job profile
- Fluent English only
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results driven and good team player
- Ability to work in multitask environment
- Experienced PC user (Office 365, LMS, 1C).
