Job description:
- Coordination of commercial supplies to customers in the CIS region (documents follow-up, negotiations with clients, order monitoring)
- Contract follow-up (new customers) & renewals (existing customers)
- Assistance in the preparation and issuance of commercial proposals
- Answering day-to-day queries on progress of logistics reports, documents and other general correspondence
- Translation of different documents from English into Russian and visa versa orally and in writing
- Support of the top-management in Synthon Moscow Office
- Taking accurate and to the point Minutes of different Meetings in English and Russian
- Preparation of presentations mainly in MS PowerPoint
- Support on preparation of visas, invitations, working permissions, booking tickets, hotels, etc
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Monthly monitoring budgeting (receivables & payables)
- Administration (post, bank, letters, etc.)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the function. Experience in pharmaceutical business (especially in supply or registration departments) will be a plus
- Highly effective communication skills including an excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage own time effectively and to work well under pressure. Positive attitude to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as a team member. Flexibility in working schedule. Demonstrated diplomacy in dealings with service areas, customers
- Willingness for business trips
- Ability to demonstrate use of initiative and self-starting ability
Key features:
- Excellent English language skills is a must
- Pharmaceutical, Medical, Biological or Linguistic higher education
- Professional knowledge of MS Office applications
