I am looking for a Service Contract Manager for an international company, manufacturer and supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses. .
Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise a variety of Service contracts with customers. Acts as a specialist on the operation and management level, with the capacity to efficiently and effectively manage the execution of Service contracts;
- Manages multiple sites from an operational and commercial (P&L) perspective; Managerial role - Manages Site Based Maintenance Managers;
- Manages customer satisfaction of the client base, communicates with customers and works to solve any problematic situations with the customers;
- Full responsibility for the execution of contractual obligations;
- Evaluates and optimizes the service concept for each customer based on the feedback of customers and engineers;
- Builds and maintains relationships with maintenance management and operations management, and key decision makers of customers;
- Acts as mature sparring partner for higher management (both internally and at customer level);
- Identifies development possibilities for processes, pricing, product development and marketing;
- Coordinates and monitors local subcontractors;
- Responsible for contract administration and correct reporting (internal and to customers)
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Regional Service Manager (Russia), in accordance with his knowledge, experience, and the specifics of the job;
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained;
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters;
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation;
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met;
- Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts;
- Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities;
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree (technical education is preferable).
- 5+years in a service structure (automated technical equipment).
- Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred.
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Extremely solid commercial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communications ability.
- Good existing customer account management.
- English:Upper-Intermediate level
