Leadership & Competence Manager
Responsibilities
- To plan, attract, grow, deploy, reward and support co-workers & leaders and their careers in the company;
- Analyse learning needs and localise learning delivery methods, materials, and competence model, which support the talent management needs of the company and meet the competence development needs of the co-workers;
- Co-creating with the Centre of Expertise to ensure that the right leadership and competence solutions to deliver on business targets;
- Localising and implementing Leadership and Competence Development for all co-workers in the country organisation;
- Team management.
Requirements: - Higher education;
- Relevant work experience of at least 3 years;
- Work experience in a large company with a large staff;
- English- fluent- is a must.
