Responsibilities:
- IT service management for the services provided by internal and external suppliers, including service catalogue and service level management and service organization (including full-cycle of procurement for external services)
- IT service demand management and consulting of the internal departments as part of annual budgeting process.
- ITSM practices implementation and on-going improvement, including automation of relevant ITSM solutions (e.g. CMDB for configuration management) and policies
- Full-cycle management (including hiring, retention and daily management) of technical support lines (including coordination with 3rd line of support in Build department / external vendors)
- Conducting the Major Incident process as local contact.
- Communicate global incidents and updates to the local business;
- Conduct monthly service review meetings producing all required reporting (Exec Summaries, Project Status updates, Weekly Reports);
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and other relevant technological tools (as part of CMDB solution administration)
- Work with Global Teams for support and project related activities
- Plan, oversee and coordinate of projects on self-service implementation for end-users (e.g. password reset, application procurement etc)
Requirements:
- Higher education in Computer Science / Engineering
- Three or more years of work experience in international company/team with geographically-spread assets in the role of service management lead / support lead
- Strong customer service and team management skills.
- ITIL professional certification will be preferred.
- Experience in ITSM processes implementation and automation (including understanding of current market solution offerings).
- Experience in cooperation and coordination of the outsourcing partners.
- Strong English language skills both verbal and written
