Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership – on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.

On this journey we?re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Digital Media Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities include:
- responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and sales for all countries in the region for SEM, SEO, Social, Affiliate, Display & OLV. As well as owned media (e.g. E-mail, Push)
- based on global performance media strategy, secure that performance investments are optimized towards profitable sales and acquisition goals cross media channel and country
- responsible for driving the regional part of the global yearly performance budget, revenue, and traffic forecasts for the region, in close collaboration with global media team
- close collaboration with Media Manager, Business Controller and Head Customer Activation and Marketing to set goals for performance channels and give input to global performance media team
- responsible for regional collaboration with the global performance media team and global agencies and channel experts to be fully immersed in the global strategies

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- a university degree preferably within Marketing, Communication or Business
- approx. 5 years of experience from a similar role with strategic and operative experience of digital channels and their role in customer acquisition and retention
- extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display) and good understanding of SEO
- strong leadership experience from an international environment where your business orientation, analytical ability and structure help you succeed
