Positioning: This HR position reports into the Business Service Manager of the Ramensky Cluster
Role Purpose:
Within the Business Service Team, this role is responsible for the HR matters belonging to the cluster (group of Sibelco sites) and country. This role is responsible for the HR activities, working closely with the Manager Business Services to provide him/her all relevant insights and documents the Manager needs to support in collaboratively partnering with the Director Operations Cluster and Director Commercial Cluster in driving the cluster performance.
In addition, this role is a true multitasker, also supporting the business in the other tasks within BST
Responsibilities:
In this position you will perform all HR related duties and administrative functions of the HR department relevant to Sibelco Russia’s employees.

About you:

• + 5 years of experience as HR generalist
• Overall knowledge and understanding of key HR disciplines, i.e. talent management, recruitment, performance management and record keeping
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation
• Fluent spoken and written Russian and English
