You will be reporting to the Business Dev & Intelligence Director.
The Position
In the role of CRM System Manager, you will become the functional owner and subject matter expert of our CRM system. You will know all the flows, processes and data streams. You will facilitate the orchestration of the CRM across the Field force (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs), and coordinate CRM activities between affiliate (Russia), region, and Global.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with core stakeholders and understand business needs, challenges and opportunities and propose CRM solutions
- Collaborate with the Commercial IT organization to monitor and report progress on CRM, new features deployment and upgrades, integration with other systems
- Own, monitor and report progress on CRM new features deployment and upgrades and trains users on new features
- Create charts and scheduling of activities and track to ensure tasks are completed and updates stakeholders
- Train new users on CRM system
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all aspects of projects linked to CRM and adjust as needed to deliver goals
- Investigate ways to improve usage of CRM and establish workflows and standards or entering data in CRM system
- Recommend on the use of CRM system and data to improve customer experience
- Responsible for Customer data quality and Consent data in CRM
- Review user feedback and look for areas of improvement
- Customize and extract reports from CRM and support in analysing business trends
- Develop tactics to coordinate change management process and embed changes in ways of working
- Act as focal point of contact for IQVIA and Novo Nordisk Global IT
Qualifications
- University degree
- Previous experience in scoping and deploying CRM solutions in Healthcare/Life Sciences is Essential, 3-5 years
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and project management processes
- Demonstrated track record in managing large scale projects that realize business benefits
- Demonstrated track record in CRM Project Management
- Experience in stakeholder management
