Responsible for local implementation of the Refinish Marketing plans for collision, CT, LIC & Sundries: effective price, communications, brands, products, services and promotions’ plan management will be key accountabilities to support the business growth for the geography of responsibility.
Work in total coordination with CEMTA Segment Managers, Technical & Training Solutions team, Business Development Managers, Automotive Refinish Director and local sales organization, to ensure the product, colour tools, services and communication strategies are adequate and properly implemented in the country.
This role is the Refinish marketing “face and ears” in front of our distributors and end users, promoting our products & services, and collecting customer needs and pains to bring solutions on a customer centric base.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collision, CT, LIC, Sundries & Value Added Services
- Define and maintain product, services and tools offer adequate to the customer needs and country reality, through all the life cycle. Ensure the value proposition is deeply captured, understood and implemented by sales team
- In cooperation with the sales team set and identify marketing and promotion campaign to support the sales activity
- Analyse and monitor market data (CEPE and any other source available in the country), and track sales evolution by segment and product category to drive and maximise sales & growth initiatives
- Together with all local and regional functions, ensure a proper “voice of customer” understanding to quickly identify customer’s pains, gaps and needs
- New product launches’ local coordination and leadership to ensure an effective forecast, training and communication to transmit in full the value proposition to the sales organization. Monitor and track sales evolution during the first 18-24 ensuring are aligned with forecast, highlighting and correcting any deviation Vs plan
- Agree and coordinate product obsoletion plans ensuring that the proper replacements are in place (technical and price position wise) and minimising any risk of churn
- Execute the pricing strategy across the segments, accordingly to the European guidelines, and maximising the PPI (Pure Price Increase) per product category in the country
- Branding & communication
- Ensure brand identity alignment at local level for all PPG brands; translate and adapt communication material; implement the local communication plan by using social media, web-sites, specialised press and any other communication media
- Colour IT & Moonwalk®
- Together with the local “Moonwalker”, coordinate marketing actions around MoonWalk® to ensure an effective communication and plan accomplishment
- Lead Colour IT tools deployment and service in the country, with special focus on improving internet connection and digital services
Requires:
- Higher education in Marketing
- Passionate about Understanding the commercial dynamics of the Refinish market to effectively implement the Collision, CT, LIC & Sundries product offer
- Expected to be self-reliant and self-motivated achieving objectives without a direct instruction on a day-to-day basis
- Marketing strong expertise and technical savvy
- Fluent in Russian as well as in English
- Strong communication leadership and relational skills
- Teamwork and Team player behaviour is mandatory
