McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced Visual Design Team Lead to join our Visual Graphics & Media team in Moscow office.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Design or other closely related indutries
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a team (5+)
- Advanced skills at least in one of the specific fields (e.g., Illustration, Motion, 3D)
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in Russian
- Good knowledge of English (B1+)
- Solid Projects Portfolio as Team Lead
- Exceptional customer focus and the willingness to go the extra mile
- A good grounding in general knowledge and ability to present complex issues in a clear and compelling way
- Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
- Strong process focus and drive for results
- Ability to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
- Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement.
