The role of the NRM is to lead Commercial Growth Framework (CGF) by implementing of commercial strategies to support the delivery of the LOC commercial plans, ensuring internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing GSK CH commercial needs with those of our customers across Mass Market, Pharmacy and Ecommerce channels. Through the use of analytics and analytical insights, the Net Revenue Manager role is to design and manage with his/her subordinate, development and implementation of product mix, channel pricing, promotional guidelines, gross to net, and PPA initiatives that accelerate top and bottom line growth.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Pricing Champion / Brand portfolio pricing /Channel pricing/ Pack Price Architecture
- Lead pricing process for entire portfolio to optimize price positioning in line with brand strategy
- Translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy
- Implement price monitoring (GSK and key competitors) to track price strategy implementation and capture potential price increase opportunity
- To be a lead of price corridors project in LOC, deliver robust net price analysis, recommend actions to reduce potential gap to floor
- Ensure governance of European pricing policy, identify and execute opportunities to mitigate exposure risk.
- Support NPI process with price recommendation
- Maximize the pricing impact by managing pack, price architecture (PPA)
Manage channel/customer segmentation
- Initiate channel customer segmentation to draw long terms plans for investment allocations
- Facilitate customer plans creation in line with the results of the segmentation
- Ensure clear KPIs and actions, as a results of customer plan
- Review the progress of customer plan implementation and align on necessary adjustments
Strategic Trade of Terms / Gross to Net (G2N) management
- Design, implement and lead robust process of G2N management aligned with key stakeholders and processes (CCC,IFP(integrated financial planning), 3/1 planning)
- Work closely with customer development and finance partner sales lead to ensure data accuracy, process discipline and regular insight generation
- Drive G2N understanding and capabilities development for all involved departments
- Leads strategic Gross to Net Optimization for the LOC business in cooperation with all stakeholders
- Prepares and drives decisions on strategic G2N Optimization within agreed time frame
- Ensure that we have trade spend approval process in place and we follow it, with clear measures
- Ensure alignment with Europe Pricing team
Promotional effectiveness management
- Set promotional framework per brand/channel/customer based on brand strategy
- Establish and lead robust process and deliver tools for promotion evaluation to maximize ROI
- Ensure we have promo approval process in place and we follow it, with clear measures
- Ensure total gross margin perspective including repacking & other CoGs elements of promotions optimization, in close cooperation with all relevant departments is at center of all decisions
- Regularly review promotional framework based on internal (promo evaluation) and external (competitors activities tracking, market data, best practices) insights
- Ensure all relevant insights are shared in the organization to drive capabilities and increase effectiveness
Active mix management
- Understand in-depths the product mix impact by channel, customer
- Recommend actions, changes in listings, promo support etc to maximize positive mix impact
- Work with KAMs on specific cases and develop commercial plans on improving mix impact on channel/customer performance
- Support SKU rationalization process
People Management
- Leading a high performing team through an effective talent management, coaching and stretching differentiated development plans that develop individuals to their potential
- Collaborate effectively with other functions (sales, marketing, shopper marketing, finance, supply) to deliver NRM agenda
- Work closely with EMEA Team
- Promote achievements we manage to deliver in Russia
- Bring the best practice from abroad and FMCG

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Ability to assimilate complex processes and business models, recommending alternative ways of working, strategic and flexible thinking in interaction with stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions, geographies and cultures
- University Masters Level or formal Project Management qualification Commercial or finance
- Able to influence and manage the highly matrixed organization at a senior level keeping a high pace of change
- Strong communication skills and a high level of resilience
- Experience of running complex projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
- At least 5 years’ experience as Category Manager, Trade Marketing Manager or KAM or Finance. NRM Mgt preferably in Consumer Health care or FMCG
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to understand the commercial and financial impact of decisions and risks from a short term and strategic perspective
- In-depth understand of P&L and impacts of changes in customer contracts on P&L
- Detailed knowledge of usual and useful terms of trade and conditions in customer contracts and ways to optimise them
- Awareness of Russian law, especially competition and cartel law as well as compliance regulations
