DIBD – The Confederation of Danish Industry in Russia, assists Danish companies which are entering this market as well as those already established to optimize their activities here. Currently, we need to fill the position of:
Business assistant/Business coordinator
This position has a dual function – Both as Office Administrative Manager and Research Assistant/Consultant.
The Administrative duties include:
- Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Visa Arrangement – ad hoc as required
- Answering phones and arranging events.
- Various other duties to Managing the office.
- Acting as secretary and support person for the Danish Business Club
The Consulting Duties include
- Manage consulting projects and ensure timely completion.
- Monitoring the market, establishing new contacts for clients, attending business meetings and acting as a liaison between our clients and the counterparties in Russia. Attending sales conferences in Denmark.
- Researching business opportunities for Danish companies.
- Assisting in designing and carrying out familiarization trips for Danish companies.
- Finding Distribution partners for Danish companies in a variety of different industries.
- Also some journalistic tasks for our newsletters in Denmark making companies aware of our services.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of successful work
- Relevant prior experience strongly preferred e.g. in a role such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Assistant, Family office Assistant/Manager, Project Manager, etc.
- Fluent English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Reliable and efficient implementer - you get things done, also under stress.
- Ability to be discrete when handling personal and business matters
