We are Stellar Labs, a dedicated team of experts and consultants in CRM, UX and conversion rate optimization. We are exclusively working with best-in-class solutions: Dynamic Yield, Algolia, Anagog and others.
Our portfolio of clients includes top businesses from areas of retail, e-commerce & omnichannel, telecom, banking and services, including VTB, Citilink, Beeline, Kaspi.kz, TSUM, Perekrestok, Eldorado and more.
Currently, we are in the process of expanding our team and are seeking for a bright and self-driven individual for a position of Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team.
What you will do:

Act as a first line of support for our clients, resolving basic to complex issues for customer inquiries;
-
Work closely with Solution consultant team as a technical expert and operational support;
-
Support client integration process at all stages;
-
Build regulation rules, FAQs, and other related documentation together with the Solution Consultant team;
-
Provide routine research and data analysis for troubleshooting purposes;
-
Escalate systematic issues (operational/product) to decrease churn and improve overall customer satisfaction.
We are looking for:

2+ years of related experience;
-
Fluent English;
-
Ability to quickly learn new software products and dig into details;

Good client-focused communication skills;
-
Proactiveness, self-organization, positive thinking and communication, customer-oriented mindset;

Analytical thinking;
-
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
-
IT related education and customer service skills & experience would be a plus.
