Key responsibilities:
- Analyses sales data by territory, customer, product group, product line and products.
- Identifies business opportunities basing on the sales data analysis.
- Conducts continuous market pricing monitoring against competition and offers prices adjustments leading to incremental business
- Makes product lines extensions' & new products' initial pricing proposal basing on the market pricing analysis
- Prepares products penetration (market share) reports detailed by Product Segments/Lines, SKUs, territories
- Compiles and analyses competitor's product lines in terms of range, application coverage, and product support programs
- Identifies products lines gaps, initiates new products developments (extensions) and coordinates products launches in cooperation with Product management with main focus on market coverage
- Collect and analyses sell-out data in the region
- Supports marketing activities with efficiency analysis
- Continuously analyses distributors' products matrixes on a warehouse level and offers adjustments
- Establish regular reporting system for product/distributors performance and maintains dashboards update.
- Monitors new products sales development and offers corrective actions
- Keeps different operational databases continuously up to date with all known product and competitor information
- Works in close cooperation with Regional Sales team and Central Pricing & Product management departments
Required Skills/Experience
- Requires a formal degree preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a technical environment, especially in Automotive Aftermarket is an asset. Fluent in Russian and English .
- Has advanced knowledge of MS Office, BI software knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written. Must possess the ability to design and conduct training seminars, and make presentations.
- Requires strong analytical skills based on the advanced software knowledge (MS Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI).
- Requires a high degree of technical knowledge relative to assigned products, and the ability to convert technical matters to language understandable to non-technical readers and listeners.
- Requires the ability to motivate and maintain the interest and attention of sales and marketing associates.
