This role is responsible for winning the consumer at the point of purchase while maximizing the profitability of the Moscow flagship store by positively impacting consumer traffic, conversion and NPS through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant activations.
Responsibilities:

Define, brief and create the launch and opening strategy for the flagship to be agreed with stakeholders.

Define yearly marketing activation priorities, KPIs, budget and quarterly calendars in collaboration with Key City team, Brand activation and Business units teams

To drive unique experience, events and services within the store to give excitement and sharable moments to consumers

To develop and execute always on activation plans for all activation spaces in the store, including activation floor, customization lab and communities’ spaces

Build adidas communities (e.g. adidas Runners, Women, Football..) activation plans

Leverage members acquisition to adidas loyalty program though membership value integration in all activities mechanics; instore communication and app content management

Build a store traffic push plans in close collaboration with brand activation teams

Build a store activation content creation plan with the Newsroom & Digital Content teams, and/or external media partners

Engage existing adidas partners and engagement of new partnerships to leverage activation plans and attract new communities

Constant connection with Store Management/Team, as well as knowledge of store business and KPIs. Ensure store staff are educated/informed about plans

Ensure Flagship activations’ calendar as well as overview of activations are presented according to approval process for marketing BD and CIS market MD

Agencies management through all stages. Store staff management during activity preparation and execution

Reporting
Requirements:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years retail or marketing experience (minimum 3 years event experience essential)
- Experience in people management, leading and directing multiple team members in a busy task-oriented environment
- Experienced in being consumer obsessed
- Strong event management
- Strong knowledge of Moscow sports, entertainment and influencer scene
- Connected with a large and relevant contact book of influencers, brands, agencies and partners
- Multitasking; creative and innovative, being proactive with ideas
