Position Profile:
The Junior Quality Assurance Engineer of International Market Team is valuable team member who have entry knowledge about oil and gas industry, understand what means quality risks and certification in accordance with international standards (API, ASME, NACE etc.) to meet Customer requirements. The junior quality assurance engineer analyzes Customer requirements for product compliance with industry standards and analyzes the company's products in accordance with the requirements. The junior quality assurance engineer works in close cooperation with other company’s departments, timely identifies problem areas in the field of quality and compliance with Customer requirements, participates in the development of corrective measures, analyzes potential third-party contractors in order to implement projects with minimal incidents in the field of quality and compliance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- English language - Elementary (will be an advantage of Pre-Intermediate)
- Develop and gain Company approval of Testing Procedures and Work Method Statements
- Producing, reviewing and approving with Customer/Contractor/Subcontractor Work Procedures, Work Method Statements (WMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans
- Providing Quality Audits and producing Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Reports
- Providing QA/QC kickoff meetings with Customer/Contractor/Subcontractor to rise Quality Level on site
- Technical Supervision on Company In-house processes and Contractor/Subcontractor Quality Control and Quality Assurance work
- Client Technical supervision on coating, civil, hydro testing works, fireproofing, Structural Steel fabrication and installation works on site
- Technical Supervision on material and equipment acceptance
- Technical Supervision on company in-house, contractor and subcontractor personnel qualifications certificates acceptance
- Technical Supervision on contractual quality documentation accordance to Quality programs, ITP, Specifications and Customer’s technical requirements
- Technical Supervision on Russian quality documentation according to national and local regulations
- Technical Supervision on International quality documentation according to national and local regulations
- Technical Supervision on accordance performed work to work procedures
- Witnessing inspections and work provided by in-house company production department, Contractor or Subcontractor
- Supervision on technical documentation packages preparation for further handing over to Operation group
- Control Safety rules and regulations during work performance on site
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in the engineering specialty «Standardization and certification» or «Machine and apparatus for oil and gas industry»
- Additional Bachelor's or master’s degree or secondary technical education passed in English will be an advantage
- Additional Bachelor's or master’s degree or secondary technical education related to international industry standards such as API/ASME/NACE/ANSI will be an advantage
- Highly motivated and willing to work
- Good switching communication and persuasion skills
