MightyTech, LLC is an official R&D office and a 100% subsidiary of Mighty Buildings Inc. We are developing very fast and to support this growth we are looking for a professional Personal assistant to the Mighty Executive team.
Key responsibilities
-
Working closely with C-level Team to provide the full scope of administrative support
-
Managing calendars, organizing and attending meetings. Ensure that the manager is well-prepared for the meeting with everything that could be needed
-
360 Travel coordination: organizing visa support, booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
-
Careful proofreading of the documents for different purposes (applications etc)
-
Providing support in organizing clients’ and partners’ meetings and conferences.
-
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
-
Liaising with staff, suppliers, partners and clients
-
Organizing the manager’s personal commitments
-
Dealing with incoming email and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the manager if needed
-
Carrying out background research on demand and presenting findings (external and internal)
-
Key external partners relationship management - season's greetings etc.
Key expectations

PA proven experience, proven experience in travel assistance
-
Good oral and written communication skills, both in Russian and English languages
-
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks, ability to be proactive and take the initiative

Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
-
Great attention to detail and ability to 100% finish the job and reach the result

The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely

The ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines

Perfect organizational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own initiative
