We are looking for a leading product owner for our team to help with the migration of existing order management processes on different ITSM platforms (HP, BMC, custom) to end-to-end solutions build on ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Drive requirement gathering and analysis
- Create User Stories / Requirements specifications
- Design and improve order management processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
- Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
- Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
- Create and maintain process documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in product owner position
- Experience in designing and improvement of processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of ITIL
- Experience in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
- English at B2+ level
Nice to have: - ServiceNow (or other ITSM tools)
- ITIL certifications
- German
- Business process modeling tools
