BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge base management:
- Collection, adaptation, translation, and regular update of the knowledge base;
- Maintain knowledge base in a clear and searchable way, coordinate knowledge matching between hotline agents and service centers;
- Find gaps and create new articles as required and in cooperation with colleagues.
- Training and certifications management:
- Develop quarterly training and certification plan based on HQ and local requirements in all areas of service (technical, warranty policies, empathy, marketing, product, etc.) and by types of training (self-paced / coached, online/hands-on, etc);
- Create, adapt, translate training content in cooperation with respective colleagues;
- Manage scheduling, invitations, attendance, and exam passing.
- Development and preparation of public content for customers on extended warranties, service activities, service propaganda, etc.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Experience as a training manager, preferably in the consumer electronics field;
- Developed communication ability and strong teamwork ability, positive attitude;
- Organizational skill;
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
