JOB PURPOSE
The position is dedicated to collection and process different types of available data in CRM system. The general result of the CRM analyst is a deeper knowledge about field force visits activity and its correlation on sales results. The following major blocks of management apply:
- Creation and realization of the Aspen CRM strategy: implementation, consulting and maintenance of CRM system, setting up promotional/marketing projects in CRM;
- Creation of tools in CRM system for joint work of Marketing and Field Force departments;
- Granting tools for joint access to marketing information on the products of the Company;
- Developing of recommendations for optimizing coordination of appropriate use of system involving all Aspen departments;
- Defining KPIs in terms of CRM analysis requirements;
- Prepare clear and consistent ad-hoc reports on Aspen CRM performance;
- Communicate key insights and findings to Sales team;
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to Aspen business goals.
2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adjustment of managing requests and deals;
- Managing databases, Contacts, Clients, keeping the history of interaction with Clients, Clients’ segmentation;
- Actualization and creation of measures aimed on maintenance of working Client database;
- Planning and carrying out regular marketing campaigns on CRM and analysis of its effectiveness;
- Comparative KPIs analysis plan vs actuals, etc. through BI or other tools
- Tracking of CRM usage;
- Solving current issues in CRM: failures, errors, updates, etc; Keeping the servicing history, analytics and demands;
- Support and educating of users, creation of instructions and user manuals for all reporting tools.
3. JOB EFFICIENCY EVALUATION:
- The immediate supervisor may make performance appraisal more often, as may be necessary.
4. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Economics / IT/ Computer Science;
- At least 1 year experience in CRM analytics or BI development;
- Experience in CRM or BI development is a strong benefit;
- Pharmaceutical experience is a strong benefit;
- Upper-Intermediate level English, both: written and spoken;
- Advanced level MS Office/CRM/VBA/SQL/BI;
- Ability to work with huge data arrays and significant all-around accuracy in work;
- Good communication skill and influencing ability;
- Compliance oriented.
