The vacancy is opened in the tourism department of the embassy.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking business development activities in Russia and Eastern Europe to build a strong pipeline of MICE-events in partner country.
- Working with industry stakeholders in creating and attracting business events to achieve tourism targets and objectives.
- Propose and organize Eastern Europe’s participation in MICE and Leisure trade shows, sales missions, client events, networking meetings etc.
- Performing high standard business pitches and presentations.
- Executing PR and marketing initiatives.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence data to sharpen our understanding of key customer groups and country’s competitiveness.
- Providing timely, accurate and informative internal reporting to management as well as grant administration.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage.
- Professional experience in MICE-industry more than 2 years.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Readiness for active business trips.
