Practicum is an international online educational platform. As one of the biggest EdTech companies in CIS we have branches in USA, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Israel, Indonesia and Germany. Being launched in 2019 we have 25,000 active students all over the world and nearly 80% of them landed a job within a few months after graduation.

We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our New Markets team* to be in charge of the funnel improvement, deliver exemplary results against objectives, and coordinate with stakeholders across the core team to drive growth initiatives.
What will you be responsible for?
- Empower the team to improve the student’s journey until the payment stage.
- Lead and motivate passionate, driven, collaborative Product Management team.
- Coordinate discovery efforts directly with the team, gathering feedback and insights
that help drive our vision and strategy. - Incorporate feedback from other departments (e.g. Localisation team and Marketing
team). - Help develop cross-functional collaboration that helps delivering and proves the value
we create for our students.
What are the requirements?
- At least 5 years of product management experience in EdTech, and collaboration with the development teams.
- Great understanding of analytics.
- Strong in hypothesis testing.
- Strong in Delivery&Discovery.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead the international team.
- Fluent English.
- Great understanding of the EdTech industry.
