About the job
CRM Owner is responsible for planning and overseeing current and future CRM functionality needs from discovery to completion. CRM owner will gather business requirements and transform them into understanding of how the platform can be beneficial to the Company’s ambitions. Currently, this role is performed by the COO and CTO. CRM Owner shall have a vision for growth opportunities to ensure alignment between CRM capabilities, managing partners requirements and the needs of our clients. This person is expected to work effectively across cross-functional teams, external service providers /vendors, and other business stakeholders. However, we expect this role to be the voice of the customer, be available to review and clarify any doubts, as well as be the System Owner and Change Requestor. Specifically, we want the CRM Owner:
- To establish with COO optimal unified sales processes with OKRs in current CRM to increase conversion, customer satisfaction, retention, churn rates, etc.
- To formulate development priorities for Global CRM design according Company strategy and ambitions, implement them in practice.
- To support all managing partners with CRM issues, ensuring marketing and sales processes alignment with benefits, cost, timeline; land his/her vision for CRM into countries/markets/products.
- To analyze constantly CRM data and track all the performance within the system, drive data-based decision making (marketing: campaigns and lead generation, sales: converting leads to customers).
- To log sale process in CRM properly and solve all arising problems regarding it.
Responsibilities
This role reports to COO to align the business needs with CRM capabilities and will execute the following tasks:
- To create and deliver alignment of CRM functionality and operational processes with Company’s targets and ambitions to scale sales and products globally.
- To employ data driven approach to strengthen CRM capabilities in decision making for marketing, product, and sales teams.
- To manage and prioritize CRM backlog and continually search for ways to improve efficiency and implement them in practice. To lead all integration and automation set up activities within CRM.
- To develop and deploy CRM policies regarding SLAs, master data, quality assurance, access levels, etc. Actively participate in marketing and sales processes optimization and policies discussion to maintain cross-functions with appropriate CRM solutions and improvements.
- To track CRM performance and health to showcase the development areas for all stakeholders.
- To identify, analyze and evaluate trends and issues that may have impact on CRM functionality; collaborate closely with analytics team to mitigate any risk arising.
Qualifications
We are looking for an assertive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced and change-rich environment. The ideal candidate will have incredible analytical skills and be quick to make proper key-level decisions.
- MS/BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management.
- 5+ years of work experience including software product management, business analysis, project/portfolio management, and strategic planning, agile principles, methodologies, scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry leading data integration design patterns, platforms, and data exchanges.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to leverage experience to be successful in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven record of accomplishment of effective project leadership with positive results.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to state things simply and persuasively for different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others both inside and outside of the Company, and to lead without authority.
- Strong communication in English (verbally and written)
