Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is a travel-tech company that owns six brands: Ostrovok., B2B.Ostrovok, B2B.Ostrovok, Ostrovok. Komandirovki, RateHawk, Roundtrip and ZenHotels.
11 years ago we exploded into the travel industry and today we have representatives in 24 countries around the world, giving our clients ability to book travel services in 220 countries.
Since we are growing in the international market, we have decided to create a new team, which will deal with sales and product training for new sales and account managers of our company, so now we are looking for a Training Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities
-
participate in the development of a training and development strategy for the target group of employees;
-
build and manage an international team of training managers (setting goals and objectives, timely control and resolution of administrative management issues);
-
develop and maintain the existing system of product training;
-
develop (mostly from scratch) and maintain a sales training system;
-
develop and maintain other training programs;
-
plan training and evaluation activities for the product (initial training and regular assessment): draw up and monitor the implementation of training schedules and evaluation activities;
-
ensure regular reporting on the processes of training and evaluation of employees - KPI and other performance indicators of the unit;
-
create and maintain the relevance of training materials, plan and conduct regular updates.
Key Qualifications
-
have experience as a training manager;
-
have built a sales training system from scratch before;
-
have led a small team (up to 8 people);
-
able to create great presentations in PowerPoint;
-
have good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets;
-
have responsibility and the ability to get things done;
-
speak English at Advanced level (all communication will be in English).
