We are an online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years, having a team of 30 people worldwide. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing.
Our business is that of Research, Programming, Data mining, Supply Chain Management, and understanding margins and returns. We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.
Our company has grown 3 times in the last 2 years, yes, we are 9X bigger than we were 2 years ago. We are different from most E-commerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused on marketplaces. We sell mostly on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and are looking to expand globally.
Our team has grown to 30 people strong in 9 countries all working remotely at flexible hours. Our strength is in data analysis to find the right opportunities, and then efficient operation & logistics capabilities to sell products internationally. However, our main strength is our people, without them nothing is possible.
With growth comes complexity, and we are looking for energetic and committed specialists that can help us increase operational efficiency in order to accommodate more workflow within the operation demand.

Now we are hiring a new Executive Assistant of the CEO.
Who we are looking for a candidate with:
- English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
- At least 1 year of experience in the similar role
- Has a remote EA/Personal Assistant/ Admin work Experience
- Diploma or bachelor degree in administration, business or another related field
- Knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, excel, gmail, calendar etc.
- Preferable knowledge of Click Up, Slack
- High level of self-organization and control
- Ability to remain attentive to details in the conditions of multitasking
- Proactivity, efficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think independently and to make decisions
- Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines
- Work ethics
- Diligence
- Readiness to perform both diverse and repetitive tasks
As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:
- CEO Email management and schedule management;
- Business research by request of the Management; collection and analyzing data to prepare reports, documents and summaries.
- Acting as a point of contact among executives, team members and other external partners;
- Providing administrative support to the company and team members;
- Coordination of activities with personal assistant
- Other related tasks assigned by the Management
- Providing a smooth and swift organizational and administrative assistance on a daily basis and optimize the existing process.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Directing and enhancing daily operations practices
We offer you:
- 8 hours/ day, Monday to Friday - Hours that have at least 6 hours overlap the company's standard working hours from 09:00 to 17:00 CET
- Competitive monthly salary of 1400- 1500 USD
- 100 USD after probation period depending on the performance
