Purpose and Objectives
The Lead CX Solutions Consultant bears primary responsibility of providing CX solution pre-sales support with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth primarily in Russia and CIS within the ECEMEA Region. Deep experience of CX based solutions and relevant industry knowledge with a technology understanding and can-do attitude are also required. The ability to work with customers and partners at an executive level, to understand and build the business case, design solutions to meet the key requirements of the customers are the objectives of this position. Covering Oracle CX solutions within the cloud with deep dive industry knowledge in customer facing activities is expected.
Expectations and tasks
• An experienced Solution Consultant/Architect with proven pre-sales experience and business acumen selling enterprise packaged application software in complex sales cycles.
• Contributes to the achievement of Oracle CX business unit revenue target.
• Experience of CX applications or solutions within all or at least 2 of the Sales, Service and Marketing domains.
• Experience in cloud based solutions and applications with relevant industry knowledge are an advantage for this position.
• A technology understanding with solution and integration architecture design with a can-do attitude is also required.
• Fluent in English, ability to work with internal and external customers and partners across the region.
Qualifications
• Minimum ten years’ CX (CRM) experience
• Strong storytelling, presentation and demonstration skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Demonstrates a high level of understanding of Business Practices and Processes
• Strong networking and partnering skills
• Knowledge of Oracle's CX (CRM) products or competitive products
• Strong understanding of the Russia and CIS CX market
• Availability to travel within and out of the country for short periods of time
Responsibilities
• Actively maintaining a depth of Oracle CX product knowledge in the designated product areas.
• Remain current on industry trends and jargon.
• Be an evangelist for Oracle CX products and present and demonstrate Oracle CX suite at marketing and demand generation events.
• Maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products.
• Help to develop a business case for the customer.
• Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then position the solution via the set of Oracle products/solutions.
• Building and maintaining relevant relationships with the customer during the sales process.
• Educating customers and partners in Oracle products value propositions in the designated product areas.
• Ability to travel for day trips and some overnight trips.
