Main accountabilities:
Setting up the NRM fundamentals, building the Revenue Management Insights agenda and drive it’s execution in order to ensure insights-driven Net Revenue Management Strategy to define winning mid- and long-term strategies / plans for all channels / categories/ brands.
Lead:
- Set up the NRM Insights fundamentals, knowledge and principles;
- Build NRM Insights agenda roadmap;
- Establish NRM-focused mindset;
- Lead relationship-building and knowledge lift & shift with NRM Insights leads in other business.
Drive:
- Ensure Insight-driven Revenue Management Strategy to define winning mid and long term RM strategies;
- Drive Brand ladder building projects in multi-category scope;
- Conduct consumer insights studies and provide insights for consumer profile, portrait and occasions identification; consumer brand metrics tracking and analysis in the lens of NRM agenda;
- Manage partnerships between NRM Insights function and external agencies to set up clear understanding of desired outcome of research and explore/pilot new types of advanced NRM research types.
PPA:
- Navigate and support pack price strategy development;
- Provide insights and data for pricing analysis;
- Lead consumer value perception studies;
- Investigate brands elasticity and competition deep dives with geography and channel granularity;
- Lead all negotiations with agencies regarding PPA projects;
- Support brief preparation and ensure right transition of brief and PPA goals into agency research;
- Contribute to PPA selling story creation with shopper, brand & channel insights for ensuring smooth PPA realization.
CDA:
- Provide analytical support on Promo and Pricing strategies by channels in order to generate valuable insights.
Capability Development:
- Ensure key insights are understood by stakeholders.
Job requirements: - Education: University degree, preferably economics / business management;
- Strong Revenue Management Insights capability – minimum 4-5 year-experience in revenue management insights, analytics or revenue management strategy teams;
- Strong Consumer Insights capability – minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Marketing or agencies. Knowledge of key types of Consumer Insights researches and methodologies;
- High level of numerical and analytical skills essential;
- Creating simple solutions and crafting a simple communication story (Internal/ External);
- Ability to manage, influence and develop agencies/people;
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies;
- Fluent Russian & English, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Nielsen Answers Builder/User.
