The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the branch's expanding staff requirements. This individual will oversee the recruitment process from the job advertisement through to onboarding, ensuring that the process is efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations. The Recruitment Manager will maintain a strong candidate pipeline and utilize a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to ensure that the branch is able to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from job advertisement to onboarding, ensuring that the process is efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by identifying and sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform assessments of candidates to identify the most qualified individuals for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, and selection techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with recruitment agencies and external vendors, as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other talent sources to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to recruitment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in managing the recruitment process
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong assessment and selection skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
Conditions:
The Recruitment Manager will report directly to the branch's senior management and will be responsible for ensuring efficiency of the hiring process. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in recruitment, with experience managing all stages of the recruitment process.
