Location: Montenegro, Budva city.
Position Overview:
Our client, a leading Swiss developer of a mobile application in the field of Health & Fitness, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Producer with expertise in UA (User acquisition) within mobile marketing.
As a Creative Producer, you will play a vital role in generating compelling and engaging creative materials for promotional purposes, specifically tailored to the unique needs and requirements of our client's Health & Fitness mobile application.
Your responsibilities will encompass creating videos, including UGC videos (user generated content), banners, and advertising materials for social networks, coordinating a team, ensuring the quality of produced materials, monitoring their release and placement, and tracking their effectiveness and return on investment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creatives for UA managers and mobile platforms.
• Generate innovative and visually appealing promotional materials, videos, banners, and advertising assets to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.
• Manage and coordinate a team of designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Conducting an independent search for actors worldwide for a video shoot.
• Oversee the entire creative production process, including concept development, storyboarding, production, and post-production.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of creative materials by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROI, and ROAS.
The candidate must comprehend the expenses associated with the creative process, as well as determine how much user attraction and revenue generation can be attributed to the creative efforts. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of calculating the ROI based on these factors.
• Collaborate with related departments, subcontractors, and partners to align creative strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile marketing, design, and advertising to continuously improve the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of creative materials, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position as a creative producer, preferably within the mobile marketing industry and the Health & Fitness or similar sector.
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, specifically within the context of promoting Health & Fitness mobile applications.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve positive results in terms of CTR, CVR, ROI, and ROAS within the Health & Fitness industry.
• Proficiency in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a significant plus (Team Language: the candidate communicates with two teams: the internal team, primarily consisting of Russian speakers, and the external team, which includes actors, copywriters, etc. Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with the external team).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, departments, subcontractors, and partners within the Health & Fitness field.
• Ability to lead and motivate a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while understanding the nuances of the Health & Fitness industry.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Relocation, Salary, and Benefits:
• Relocation to Montenegro (Budva city) is obligatory.
• During the probationary period, remote work is possible.
• Salary: fix + bonuses. Our client will consider the salary expectations of successful candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
