Your proficiency in both spoken and written English and Russian will be critical in delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Driver Support: Provide exceptional assistance to our customers and drivers, helping them navigate platform features, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving issues.
