Strive to ensure customer success by actively working towards resolving their pain points, understanding their needs and challenges

Manage and prioritize support tickets using a ticketing system to ensure all customer issues are addressed promptly and efficiently

Assist with onboarding new customers by delivering data setup and user configuration

Continuously monitor the application's performance and data processing to identify potential issues proactively
-
Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and Customer Operations teams

Working hours: US time zone, 5 pm-1 am Moscow time
You come to us with:

2+ years of experience in a technical support role
-
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to allocate the issue, find the root cause, and identify patterns.

High attention to detail, capable to work with large volumes of data, switching context

Understanding of the client-server architecture, HTTP protocol
-
Proficiency in SQL
-
Hands-on experience with developer and logs analysis tools (Splunk, Sentry, LogRocket), ticket management systems (Zendesk, JIRA), knowledge base systems (Notion)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Our teams currently use Python 3.x, Flask, Graphene, Alchemy, SQL, Docker, K8s, Cypress, PyTest, React, and various 3rd party APIs.
